29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use (Construction reference 1926.59):  a)    On March 25, 2013, and times prior thereto, at the USCG Tybee Island multi-purpose building renovation jobsite, the employer failed to ensure that employees had access to safety data sheets for diesel and gasoline, and oxygen and acetylene, exposing employees to non-serious safety and health hazards.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
