29 CFR 1926.416(e)(2): Extension cords were fastened with staples, hung from nails, or suspended by wire:    At the site, where townhomes were being framed, an extension cord providing power to electrical saws was hung from a nail attached to the front side of the second story flooring,  and the employees to electrical hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b)    At the site, employees were performing framing activities unprotected at an approximate height of 13 feet, exposing employees to fall hazards.
