29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    At the Jobsite - The employees working on the roof were not protected from falling by adequate fall protection.      Robert Zuke Builders LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315061424, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 5, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Route 9, Kennebunkport Maine, and    Robert Zuke Builders LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 112527148, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 5, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 10 River Road, York Maine.
