OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a truss collapse hazard:    This violation occurred on March 22, 2013 at a jobsite located at 1335 south Broadway Street, Sulphur Springs, Texas; where employees erecting a roof truss system with not temporary support and no permanent bracing were exposed to a roof truss collapse hazard.
