29 CFR 1926.307(k)(1):  Clutches, cutoff couplings, or clutch pulleys had projecting parts which were not enclosed by a stationary guard:     At the establishment an employee reaching over two unguarded rotating swing & traction clutches to make an adjustment of the swing gate located inside the engine compartment of the Koehring Excavator was exposed to caught in between hazards.
