29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    a) Apartment building, 5 Main Street in Geneseo, employee observed working in a GenieZ-34/22 Aerial Lift without proper fall protection being provided, employee was wearing a harness without any lanyard being attached to the lift or "D" ring on the back of the employees harness. Employee was exposed to falls of approximately twenty (20) feet to the ground below.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
