29 CFR 1910.110(d)(10): Precautions were not taken to prevent damage to LP gas system(s) from vehicular traffic: (a) Horse Creek Housing: The propane tank in front of the housing unit was not protected from vehicular traffic. This exposed employees to explosion and fire hazards if it were to get hit. (b) Pump House: Two propane tanks along an access road were not protected from vehicular traffic. This exposed employees to potential explosion and fire hazards if the tanks were to get hit.
