29 CFR 1915.77(c): Employees visually restricted by blasting hoods, welding helmets, and burning goggles worked from ladders.    a) Norwegian Cruise Liner called the Pride of America in Drydock#4, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard; Deck#13 Forward of vessel    This violation was discovered on March 29, 2013 where an employee used a 12-foot Non-Conductive Fiberglass ladder, Model# 6112, to perform torch cutting operations which resulted in a 6-foot fall.
