29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:     a) Panel Saw Control Panel, on or about 4/3/2013 The electrical supply cord to the base of the panel saw control panel was pulled from its' strain relief exposing employees to shock and burn hazards.
