29 CFR 1926.760(b)(3): Each connector working at heights over 15 and up to 30 feet above a lower level, was not provided with a personal fall arrest system, positioning device system or fall restraint system and was not wearing the equipment necessary to be able to be tied off; nor were they provided with other means of protection from fall hazards in accordance with paragraph (a)(1) of this section:    (a)  On or about March 28, 2013, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that connectors working at 17 feet above the ground and exposed to fall hazards were wearing equipment necessary to tie off while reengineering the purlin clips and drilling new holes on a systems-engineered metal building being erected at 23300 Highway 160 in Walsenburg, Colorado. 29 CFR 1926.761(c)(2)(ii): Connectors were not trained about the establishment, access, proper connecting techniques and work practices required by 29 CFR 1926.756(c) and 1926.760(b):    (a)  On or about March 28, 2013, and at times prior, the employer had not trained connectors working at 17 feet above the ground about the proper way to access the working level leading to an employee being exposed to fall hazards while climbing the columns and temporary bracing.
