29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:   The employer is failing to ensure that circuit breaker panel boxes are properly labeled for each circuit breaker in the box identifying that switch with the appropriate piece of equipment it serves.  The panel box on the second floor hallway was not labeled as to what branch circuit it was dedicated.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:   The employer is failing to ensure that the areas in front of circuit breaker panel boxes are free from obstruction and able to be readily accessed.  The panel box located in the storage room in Banyan East was blocked by numerous boxes and pieces of furniture.  This impedes access to the box in an emergency situation in which the electricity would need to be turned off at the box.
