Employees are required to retrieve and stock material from an elevated level approximately 16 feet from the ground while standing on the storage racks without the use of a guardrail system and/or body harness, on or about 04/03/13.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  a.  3335 Montreal Station, Tucker, GA (Shop Area) - Employees were exposed to electrical hazard.  Flexible cord was used as a replacement for permanent wiring running from the electrical receptacle light switch to the overhead fluorescent light/lamp which the employees access on a daily basis to power on and off the lights.  The flexible cord was not in a metal conduit to prevent outer insulation damage, on or about 04/03/13.
