29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:      For work performed at the Rose Creek Subdivision:  On or about March 19, 2013 and at times prior thereto, four employees of a subcontractor, Guzman Construction, were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 6 feet (from the eave) to the ground below while installing decking and roofing.
