29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       a) Jobsite, 832 Ledgeview Drive, Allison Park, PA:  On or about April 3, 2013, an employee was installing drip edge on a residential roof without fall protection.  The fall hazard to the employee was approximately 22 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill:        a) Jobsite, 832 Ledgeview Drive, Allison Park, PA:  On or about April 3, 2013, employees that were trained in the past did not retain an understanding of the fall protection requirements as evidenced by their working at heights of approximately 22 feet without utilizing any method of fall protection.
