OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employee(s) in that employee was exposed to stuck by hazards associated with skid steer equipment material handling equipment.        a) On or about April 3, 2013 employee(s) were exposed to equipment roll over hazard(s) when an 863 Bobcat skid steer loader equipped with a pallet fork attachment was used to move a wood pallet stacked with Flex and Fill product weighing approximately 2,375 lbs. off a truck van trailer. The maximum rated lifting capacity per the manufacture for an 863 Bobcat loader when using a pallet fork attachment was 1,470 lbs. The operator was not trained on that 863 Bobcat equipment rated lifting capacity reductions and overloaded the equipment which in turn tipped forward causing the load to become displaced.
