29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:   The employer is failing to ensure that circuit breaker panel boxes are properly labeled for each circuit breaker in the box identifying that switch with the appropriate piece of equipment it serves.  The panel box in the Linen closet in Bldg. #2 was not labeled as to what branch circuit it was dedicated.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose:   The employer is failing to ensure that employees are protected from electrical hazards.  Employees working near or on the circuit breaker panel box in this area are exposed to live parts due missing covers on junction boxes and fittings in the purchasing storeroom.
