OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) On or about April 2, 2013, and times prior thereto, at the Highway 84/SR 82 jobsite in Valdosta, GA, the employer failed to ensure that 3/8 in. wide smooth-dowel steel poles based in concrete wash were protected, exposing employees to hazards not limited to broken and bruised ribs, internal injuries, and death by impalement. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.

ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
