29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.  a)104 Ave. A, Bayonne, NJ:Employer allowed his employee to work from a pump scaffold in excess of 18 feet to the ground below with no fall protection system in place, exposing the employee to fall hazards.       Violation observed on or about 4/4/13.

29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary.  a)  104 Ave. A, Bayonne, NJ:  Pump jack scaffold was not braced at the bottom, thereby exposing employee to fall in excess of 18 feet to the ground below while working from scaffold platform.  Violation occurred on or about 4/4/13.
