Hunter Rd., Lewes, De - Employees engaged in residential construction were not protected against electric shock hazard by the use of an approved ground fault circuit interrupters on all temporary power, single phase 15 and 20 amps receptacle outlets. This violation was observed on or about April 9, 2013.
