29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502.  a)  Jobsite located at110 South 22nd Street, Longport, NJ 08403:   Company employees from Carballo Torres Contracting were exposed to fall hazards of more than 25 feet to the ground below without using fall protection or guard rails while installing a new roof on a 8 on 12 pitch section of the roof.  Occurred on or about 04/10/2013.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):   The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a)  Jobsite located at 110 South 22nd Street, Longport, NJ 08403:   Company employees from Carballo Torres Contracting did not have fall protection training and were exposed to fall hazards of more than 25 feet to the ground below without using fall protection or guard rails while installing a new roof on a 8 on 12 pitch section of the roof.  Occurred on or about 04/10/2013.
