29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Job Site - 539-541 Blue Hills Avenue, Hartford, CT. - On or about 4-9-13 - Employee was observed cleaning up roofing debris on the ground while employee was stripping shingles directly overhead. The employee on the ground was not weaing head protection.
