29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:      a.    On or about 10 Apr 2013, west side VIP Marina section, Villa Marina, Fajardo, PR.  Employees engaged in a banner's installation have been working from a manlift at approximately 20 feet from the ground level without the use of personal fall arrest systems.         NOTE:  Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
