Employees were exposed to hazardous substances such as, but not limited to mineral spirits, petroleum asphalt and xylene.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system.     a) 221 North Main Street, Jonesboro - Employees were working on the roof approximately 13 feet high installing a new roof on the building without fall protection, such as but not limited to warning lines system, guardrail system and conventional fall protection.  Employees were exposed to a fall hazard.
