29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a) On or about 4/4/13 at a residential new-build located at 3 Conway Circle, Orchard Park, New York; employees were installing underlayment and shingles on the roof of a 2 story house with an 8 in 12 pitch. There was no fall protection in use.     NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
