Masonry Retaining Wall Being Constructed at the Dutch Ridge Apartments: Employee operating the Stihl TS 400 gas powered saw equipped with a diamond tip blade used to cut masonry block was not wearing eye protection as observed on 4-5-13.      b. Masonry Retaining Wall Being Constructed at the Dutch Ridge Apartments: Employee operating the Stihl TS 400 gas powered saw equipped with a diamond tip blade to cut masonry block was wearing prescription glasses with no side shields in lieu of safety glassess equipped with side shields as determined on 4-5-13.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM
