29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:     (a)  Building 1:  Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 30 feet to the ground below while installing fascia board to the exterior of the building.  Employees were not utilizing any form of fall protection while climbing through the trusses and sitting on the top plate to install the fascia boards, as observed on April 11, 2013. 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    (a) Building 1, Framing Work:  An employee was assisting another employee by holding a piece of fascia board while the other employer was using a Paslode nail gun to install the fascia board without the use of eye protection.  The assisting employee was wearing non impact resistant sunglasses, as observed on April 11, 2013.    (b) Building 1, Siding Work:  An employee was installing siding using a Hitachi nail gun without the use of eye protection, as observed on June 4, 2013.     Abatement Certification and Documentation Required for this Item.     Winesburg Builders LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number313372906, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 15, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 251 Stewart Street, Morgantown, WV  26505.
