29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph. a. 120 White Rock Road, Verona, NJ - Hilltop Phase II - Building 3, all three stairways. Temporary lighting and wiring was not guarded against accidental contact by employees and sub-contractors. The temporary lighting was attached to the metal railing with wire, which had unprotected wire nuts exposed that could be contacted. Violation observed on or about April 16, 2012 b. 120 White Rock Road, Verona, NJ - Hilltop Phase II - Building 4, all three stairways. Temporary lighting and wiring was not guarded against accidental contact by employees and sub-contractors.
