29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1):    Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut:    a) Residential jobsite: On April 11, 2013 and at times prior thereto an employees performing framing activities used a Ridgid 10 inch belt drive table saw without the blade guard in place.     Note) Abatement certification IS required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):    Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:      a) On roof above the garage: On April 11, 2013 and at times prior thereto an employee performed framing activities which included installing fascia, on a 6 in 12 pitched roof without a fall protection system in place.     The Shriner Construction Company, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 191398, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on April 3, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 520 First Street East, Ketchum ID 83340.
