29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Every open-sided floor or platform 4 feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level was not guarded by a standard railing (or the equivalent as specified in paragraph (e)(3) of this section) on all open sides except where there is entrance to a ramp, stairway, or fixed ladder:    a) Final Inspection Stand, where employees worked from the Le Fiell platform, model no. 1037-9, while inspecting carcasses at a height of 4 feet 8 inches.

Top rails located on three sides of the platform measured 36 inches in height.  2. Mid rails located on three sides of the platform measured 15 inches below the top rail.

However, rosettes and cleat-type lampholders and receptacles located at least 2.44 m (8.0 ft) above the floor may have exposed terminals:  a) Office Trailer, where the light fixtures equipped with unguarded single bulbs included:  1. Entrance, light fixture measured 6 feet 9 inches above the floor.  2. Kitchen, light fixture measured 43 inches above the sink.  3. Restroom, light fixture measured 49 inches above the sink.  4.
