29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) Roof above front entryway: On April 11, 2013 and at times prior thereto and employee performed window frame painting activities without a fall protection system in place.    b) Roof area: On April 11, 2013 and at times prior thereto the harness that an employee wore while hand painting fascia from various locations of the roof, was not buckled at the chest strap or leg straps.  The harness webbing could not be adjusted far enough to allow the harness to be worn correctly and provide effective fall protection.     Note) Abatement certification IS required for this item.
