29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. [63 FR 33450, June 18, 1998]  a) Eyewash station and/or other means were not in place to remove corrosive material from the eye(s) while handling material, includuing but not limited to Oven Brite, Shelia Shine, Lime Remover and FS Formula 3362.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer may use signs, placards, process sheets, batch tickets, operating procedures, or other such written materials in lieu of affixing labels to individual stationary process containers, as long as the alternative method identifies the containers to which it is applicable and conveys the information required by paragraph (f)(5) of this section to be on a label. The written materials shall be readily accessible to the employees in their work area throughout each work shift.  a) Container used to transfer materail from the drum was not labeled to indentify contents and hazard warnings of Oven Brite.
