29 CFR 1918.65(h)(3): When a load obstructed the forward view, the employer did not require drivers to travel with the load trailing. Onboard M/V TONSBERG: A heavy lift driver's view was obstructed by cargo he was discharging and the employer failed to require employees to drive off the vessel with the load traiiling.
