29 CFR 1904.7(b)(4): When an injury or illness involved restricted work or job transfer, the OSHA 300 Log of recordable work-related injuries and illnesses did not have an entry of the total number of restricted or transferred days in the job transfer or restricted work days column. The Shaw Group, Inc.  SGES Fabrication (Delcambre, LA) did not record the following workplace injury correctly on the OSHA 300 Log for calendar year 2013:   a)  On or about February 29, 2013, Employee SGES-13-001 (Fitter) received a foreign body in the left eye. The injury was recorded as one (1) day of job transfer or restriction even though the employee was restricted for thirty-five (35) days.
