29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:                                       a. On or about April 11, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite, where at least one (1) employee, was exposed to fall while walking and working on a roof without using a means of conventional fall protection.
