Employees are exposed to live parts in the laundry facility due to a 280v electrical outlet box having a broken faceplate exposing employees to these hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not comply a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet: The employer is failing to ensure that the company has an adequate written hazard communications (HAZCOM) program which contains all of the elements required by this subpart. The employer is required to have on site a master chemical listing of all chemicals known to be used in the facility. This has not been developed or maintained at this facility.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(ii): The written hazard communication program did not include the methods the employer would use to inform employees of the hazards of non-routine tasks, and the hazards associated with chemicals contained in unlabeled pipes in their work areas: The employer is failing to ensure that the company has a written hazard communications (HAZCOM) program which contains all of the elements required by this subpart. There is no provision in their written program as to how to deal with non routine or unlabeled piping in their facility. There are unlabeled pipes on the property.
