29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not comply a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet:   (a)  Housekeeping Area: On or about April 17, 2013 and times prior thereto, employees exposed to the hazards of; not being able  to identify first aide measures, correct Personal Protective Equipment to utilize, or other hazards associated with chemicals such as but not limited to Damp Mop Neutral Disinfectant Cleaner, Consume, Damp Mop Concentrate, Clean By Peroxy. The MSDS Book does not have a list of the chemicals for easy identification and location.

The secondary containers for cleaning restroom floors were not properly labeled.
