29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed, labeled, or certified equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification.    a) 1200 Arch Street, Hilton Home2 Suites construction site, ground floor near elevator, temporary electrical power receptacle array - On or about 04/18/2013, employees who were performing electrical work were exposed to electrical shock hazards from an unprotected NM cable laid across unfinished gravel and concrete construction flooring in a high traffic area for the supply of temporary electrical  power.  NEC 70, Article 334.15B requires non-metallic sheathed cable be protected as required from physical damage by approved means.
