29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: (a) Jobsite, 2901 Brownlee Street, McKeesport, PA: On or about 04/23/13 the flexible cords being used to supply temporary power for the jobsite were not protected from damage. The flexible cords were strewn across the ground covering a distance of approximately 75-100 feet and were not protected from damage by the lull that was traveling over them moving product back and forth.
