29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets.   (a)   Rear of Building - On or about April 9, 2013 an employee was exposed to a struck-by hazard while passing tools and plywood in the vicinity of Genie Z-45/25 aerial lift (serial no. JE2767). Employee was not wearing a hardhat.
