29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.  a.  On or about April 24, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, an employee working in a GENIE S-60 telescopic boom aerial lift did not wear a body harness and lanyard, thereby exposing the employee to the hazards associated with a fall of approximately six (6) feet seven (7) inches.
