29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.    (a)  1620 SUNSET DRIVE, DAUPHIN, PA - The employer did not provide fall protection for employees working on an 8/12 pitch roof, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards ranging from approximately eleven (11) feet to approximately twenty-four (24) feet to the ground below, on or about April 24, 2013.    No abatement certification or documentation required.    DENNIS MONTERO MIRANDA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD CFR 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 902346, CITATION NUMBER 1 ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 31, 2013 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 222 4TH STREET, LOCK HAVEN PA, 17745.
