29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6-feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of '1926.502(k) developed and implemented.     This violation occurred on April 01, 2013, at a work site located 4530 Chaumont Trail, Arlington, Texas; employees performing decking work from the roof, were not protected from falling more than 10-feet to the lower level by use of guardrail or personal fall arrest system.
