29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures a) Dock area of the jetty off Thompson Ave; Cooper River: Employees were exposed to tripping hazards while having to navigate on foot through piles of rocks and small boulders to gain access to the brow and boat dock so they could access the boats which would take them to the work locations on the river.

29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour: a) Center of Barge SIE-14: An oxygen compressed gas cylinder was stored within 1 inch of an acetylene compressed gas cylinder.
