29 CFR 1926.651(c)(2): A stairway, ladder, ramp or other safe means of egress was not located in trench excavations that were 4 feet or more in depth so as to require no more than 25 feet of lateral travel for employees:    a) Pierce Parkway: On April 25, 2013, and times prior thereto, two employees were working in a 6.2 foot deep trench without a safe means of egress. 29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with paragraph (b) or (c) of this section.     a) Pierce Parkway: On April 25, 2013, and times prior thereto, two employees were working in a trench, approximately 8 feet wide, 6.2 feet deep, and 25 feet long without a protective system in place.       WF Construction and Sales, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.652(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313352684, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on May 11, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at the corner of Fairview and Five Mile, Boise, ID 83704.   Note: Abatement certification AND supporting documentation is required for this item.
