29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating  at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):         Maintenance Shop:  The electrical junction box had an opening on top of the box that employees had the potential to access exposed conductors.  This exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard from accidental contact with electrical conductors.

This exposed employees to a possible electrical shock hazard.    (b)  Roof Bin 13:  The electrical conduit had been dislocated and crushed from the fitting.  This exposed employees to a potential shock hazard from using a damaged system.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose:     (a)  Manlift dockside:  Electrical wiring splice point by the manlift did not have a cover installed.  This exposed employees to a potential shock hazard from accidental contact.     (b)  Bin 13 roof:  The electrical receptacle outside the elevator did not have a cover installed to protect it from the elements.  This exposed employees to a potential shock hazard from moisture or corrosion getting into the outlet.

This exposed employees to a tripping hazards when trying to access the breaker panel.
