29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1): Openings through which conductors enter boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed:  At the time of the inspection, the main control switch on the eletrical panel for the can crusher was damaged causing an opening to live electrical. The on/off switch for the can crusher also was removed causing exposure to live electrical.    Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations.
