29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed:  (a) Production, Machine #6 (1): The chain and sprocket leading to the packaging section was not provided with a guard, observed on or about 4/17/12.   NOVELTY CONE CO., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.219(f)(3), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 388782, Citation number 1, Item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/26/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 807 Sherman Avenue, Pennsauken NJ 08110.
