29 CFR 1910.213(h)(1): The sides of the lower exposed portion of the blade of radial saw(s) were not guarded to the full diameter of the blade by a device that automatically adjusted itself to the thickness of the stock and remained in contact with the stock being cut to give maximum protection possible for the operation being performed:  a)  Countertop Area - A Rockwell 13 inch radial arm saw was missing the guard on the right side of the blade, on or about April 23, 2013.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition:   a)  Countertop Area - There was a sawdust build-up of 3/4 to 1 inch deep behind a Rockwell 13 inch radial arm saw, on or about April 23, 2013.   b)  Building Department - There was a sawdust build-up of 3/4 to 1 inch deep behind a radial arm saw, on or about April 23, 2013.   Don's Cabinets & Woodworking, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316482603, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 14, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 15801 Archer St., Hudson, FL.
