29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts shall not be used to support scaffold platforms unless the entire platform is attached to the fork and the fork-lift is not moved horizontally while the platform is occupied. a)1655 St. Mary St., Thibodaux, LA; On or about 4/24/13, the employer allowed two employees to work from a pallet elevated by a forklift. The pallet was not securely attached to the forklift and the forklift was moved horizontally with employees on it. The employee was approximately 18 feet above the ground.
