Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being struck by a falling tree:    a) YMCA at The Big Creek Greenway located at 3655 Preston Ridge Road, Alpharetta, GA 30005: Employees involved in the felling operation, were exposed to being struck by a falling tree and were not removed from the fell pattern of the tree before the back cut was made.
